About LI Europe / Executive Team

Jeremy Praud

Managing Director

Jeremy has 20+ years’ experience of working with manufacturers to improve productivity. Having started his first graduate role in the paper industry, 2 short years later the Mill was slated for closure – it was this experience that made him resolve to understand exactly what it takes to help a factory survive, and indeed thrive.

Now having personally worked with over 110 sites in, identifying more than £100m of annualised improvement and advising on more than £4bn deal value, his passion is breaking through what limits the thinking in manufacturers about what they can achieve.

Instrumental to the growth of LI Europe, he has a long track record of delivering successful improvement; above expectations both in terms of bottom line results, and sustained change.

Testimonials

A key learning for me was that delegation is as much about the development of others as it is removing an action from my list. I now think of delegation as an opportunity for my team to develop and try new things. The more I do it, the more effective it is. Delegation is now one of my key management tools.

Front Line Manager on Aspire Programme

It must be said that the concept of change management which LI were asked to bring in was a very big ‘ask’. Their work on the floor was very beneficial to change management. LI try to problem solve by using the workforce. This has to be done tactfully. They achieved it. They had the respect of the people on the floor and the management which is a major credit.
