Do you:

  • Want to make a real difference to your business and support others through lean improvements?

  • Get frustrated with apathy and cynicism and want to learn how to overcome it?

  • Have Ambition to become a better Operations Professional?

Members are factory operations professionals, each concerned with driving improvement on their site, and willing to share experience and learn from others.  We each truly believe that the best way to survive and thrive is to engage effectively with their people so that discretionary effort and productivity result.

We meet monthly, share best practice, develop our understanding of lean methodology and hone our lean implementation techniques.

Testimonials

A key learning for me was that delegation is as much about the development of others as it is removing an action from my list. I now think of delegation as an opportunity for my team to develop and try new things. The more I do it, the more effective it is. Delegation is now one of my key management tools.
