Introducing James Hayward

We are delighted to introduce the newest member of our team – James Hayward.

Prior to joining the LI Europe Senior Consulting team, James was a Plant Manager at Nufarm UK – one of the world’s leading crop protection and specialist seeds companies that manufactures products to help farmers protect their crops against damage caused by weeds, pests and disease.

With more than a decade of experience in glass and chemical manufacturing in a range of technical and operations roles, James is a skilled Continuous Improvement facilitator in Process Engineering environments.

As well as training shop floor teams in how to apply our Manufacturing Improvement Toolkit, James will be working closely with our customers’ engineering teams to help develop reliable maintenance that supports sustainable operational improvements.
