We have a long and strong track record across all types of FMCG manufacturing, especially Food. We have worked with over 110 sites, across 18 years, identifying more than £125m of annualised improvements, and having worked with sites to implement more than £40m annualised benefit. We started strong – in the first 5 weeks of our first project in 2002, we made a change that saves £450k per year, and is still in place, delivering to this day – and continual improvement applies to us to – we’ve continued to get better and better over the years.
We have also advised on 20+ manufacturing acquisition deals totaling more than £4bn deal value. Not least this is because we are quick to tell up front exactly what is achievable, and how much effort it is going to be required, and what the risks are, simply because we’ve been living guaranteed results for 18 years.

We specialise in FMCG manufacture, with a very strong track record in Food & Drink, but our first client was in Iron & Steel and we’ve also worked across Paper, Packaging & Printing, and the Chemical & Pharmaceutical sectors. Each sector has a different asset base and set of base assumptions – and our success has been in tailoring our approach prioritised according to key financial ratios such as ‘Depreciation per FTE’ and ‘Raw Material to Total Product Cost’.
