Jeremy Praud, Managing Director

Jeremy Praud M.Eng. M.IET. M.IOD.  Managing Director / Owner LI Europe Ltd.

Jeremy has 20+ years’ experience of working with more than 80 manufacturers – identified over £200m p.a. of improvement and advised on £4.5bn of deal value.  Having started his first graduate role in the paper industry, 2 short years later the Mill was slated for closure – it was this experience that made him resolve to understand exactly what it takes to help a factory survive, and indeed thrive.  His passion is breaking through what limits the thinking in manufacturers about what they can achieve.

Jason Gledhill

Jason Gledhill.  Engagement Manager.

Jason has 30+ years’ experience in manufacturing. Starting his career in Steel wire manufacturing and progressing to into FMCG, where he has been for the last 20+ years. Covering roles from Head of Operations to Continuous Improvement Lead, Jason has worked in many different Food Manufacturing environments such as soft drinks, fresh bread, potato crisps, biscuits, houmous & dips. With a wealth of experience Jason has a proven track record of delivering sustainable improvements that directly impact the bottom line.

Erica Bassford

Erica Bassford.  Engagement Manager.

Erica has 30+ years of manufacturing experience, progressing from a graduate engineer, through Customer Services, Project Management, Planning & Logistics and Manufacturing Management.  Since joining LI Europe, she has focussed on developing leaders across a range of manufacturing environments from fresh to frozen, from low to high volume. Harnessing her technical and Human Resources knowledge, she has developed over 700 manufacturing leaders to better engage and drive their teams to deliver bottom-line business improvement.

Nathanial Marshall

Nathanial Marshall MMath.  Engagement Manager

Nathanial has over a decade of experience working with a wide variety of businesses. Anything from from frozen and fresh food through to Steel Door Manufacturers and Factory Kitchens who supply the restaurant industry.  Working with key site personnel to drive improvement, he consistently delivers business benefits for his clients.  He enjoys building operational models to help clients understand their opportunities for improvement and loves to see the growth and progression of the people he works with whilst implementing those opportunities on client’s sites.  His passion for helping people’s professional growth and  development has steered him into leading cohorts of Improvement Apprentices as they continue their learning journey.

James Hayward

James Hayward MEng.  Engagement Manager

James has over 20 years’ experience of working in manufacturing, with the first half of his career spent in glass and chemicals, before moving to FMCG.  He has held positions including Production Manager and Plant Manager, before moving into continuous improvement roles.  His passion lies in empowering people to identify and realise improvement opportunities in their place of work and in enabling them to solve problems that they previously would have just escalated.

 

Carlos Horner

Carlos Horner

Carlos has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry.  Based in the City of London, he began his career as an equity research analyst before moving to the investment side, managing specialist funds at Charlemagne Capital and Progressive Asset Management.  He later became a Sales & Marketing director at Progressive, raising millions of pounds of investment from investors globally.  He is a prolific blogger, sales trainer, coach, speaker and published author.

Cheryl Audsley

Cheryl Audsley, Office Manager

Cheryl has 30+ years’ broad industry experience, including Retail, Business, Education and Auditing.  She has over 25 years’ experience as a Senior Manager and has a wealth of experience in the Food and Education sector.  Cheryl has a proven track record to deliver continuous improvements to help organisations achieve sustainable business benefits.
